"UPDATE My policy just got declined because of minor claim history. While I appreciate State Farm’s right to decline policy, it’s unacceptable that I was led to believe State Farm could provide coverage and therefore canceled my coverage with my previous provider. This is a clear Bait & Switch Situation. Avoid State Farm at all costs!!!!! Dishonesty should not be rewarded. *********** I don't write reviews often but Jannando Rodriguez is your guy for NY Insurance. He was quick, transparent and very competitive. I cannot recommend him enough."

"I transferred to the Stevenson agency from From another State Farm agency which specialize in incompetence and disorganization. Since my initial contact with J Rodriguez, who is the office manager, I have been most pleased with the service that I have received. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and immediately understood the solution to the insurance issue which required policy changes.
