"We already carry one homeowner insurance with State Farm. In view of our favorable experience over the years with State Farm Insurance, we decided to approach State Farm with a second homeowner insurance for a second property that we had just acquired. We requested through the State Farm web-site to be put in contact with an agent that would carry us through the process of acquiring this second policy. Within 24 hours of our request, Mr. William Thurlow contacted us by return e-mail. From thereon, he led us very efficiently through the paperwork and other items that had to be completed. He was very responsive to our queries along the way and provided us with very clear explanations. The policy quote was sent to us very promptly, and we proceeded in due due with activation of the policy. We would like to recognize Mr. Thurlows professionalism, which allowed us to proceed smoothly with acquiring the new policy. He was very kind and courteous along the way and made our acquisition very pleasant at the personal level and efficient at the professional level. State Farm are very fortunate and we as their customers are equally fortunate to have Mr. Thurlow as our Insurance agent."
