"Through the experience I learned not to believe the insurance companies’s claim who continuously advertise getting a quote takes only 10 minutes. I experienced 30 or even 40 minutes waiting period to obtain a simple quote until I called Robert Stevenson II Agency. When I contacted the agency surprisingly there were no hoops to jump through to speak to an agent! When I called an actual agent ,Ms Isabel Hernandez attended the call. Ms Hernandez was pleasant, professional, informed, patient and above all competent. She patiently explained various options available to me and expertly navigated through the insurance software and expeditiously provided me with a quote. What a pleasant experience indeed! I spent approximately 10 minutes with Isabel on the phone and purchased my policy. I came to conclusion that getting a quote shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, if the insurance companies have competent agents who know what they need to do."
